Expected Behavior

• End conversations politely if you're not interested
• Use the platform for its intended purpose—meeting new people through conversation

Prohibited Behavior

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate bans:

Harassment & Abuse

• Threats, intimidation, or bullying
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Targeted harassment of any individual or group
• Stalking or attempting to identify other users

Inappropriate Content

• Sharing sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Displaying nudity or sexual acts on video
• Sharing violent or graphic content
• Posting spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Sharing illegal content (drug use, weapons, etc.)

Privacy Violations

• Recording, screenshotting, or streaming conversations without consent
• Sharing personal information about others without permission (doxxing)
• Attempting to discover or share another user's location, identity, or contact details

Fraud & Scams

• Impersonating others
• Phishing or attempting to obtain personal information
• Requesting money, gifts, or favors
• Running scams or fraudulent schemes
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software

Platform Violations

• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the service
• Circumventing bans or moderation actions
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Sharing malicious links or software

Age Requirements

Instant Talk is intended for adults 18 years and older. By using this service, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform. If you become aware that a minor is using Instant Talk, please report it immediately.

Reporting & Enforcement

We rely on our community to help identify violations. If you encounter behavior that breaks these guidelines:

• Use the "Report" button during the chat
• Provide details about the incident when reporting
• Our moderation team reviews reports promptly
• Violations result in temporary or permanent bans depending on severity
• Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent bans without warning
• We may report illegal activity to law enforcement

Our goal is to maintain a fair, consistent moderation system. If you believe a ban was applied in error, you may appeal through our contact form.
